Sweltering

The weather is insane. I sweat even just from slumping in e chair motionless and breathing. Feel like dunking myself into a pool with floating ice cubes. Mmmmmmm.

Watched a documentary yesterday which talks about girls in america taking up the purity vow or something like that. Which means to remain pure till marriage. Which includes no kissing until you are at the altar. Wow. And then the host asked what if the guy was a bad kisser. Hahahahahaha. Then i guess there is always divource?

Had a minishoot with jy's friend over the weekend. Jy has mentioned about this person before but last sat was the first time I met her. She was as what Jy described her to be, and from the short time I spent interacting with her, bubbly and very likeable. It is very rare that I meet people which I take a liking to upon first encounter since I appear shy / cold when I interact with strangers (though my friends who know me well enough would beg to differ. Shy!? never!). The default approach is to always build a wall as a defence mechanism which makes it hard for ppl to make friends with me (maybe that's why I only have a very small handful of ppl who i truly regard as friends). Anyway, the point of this post is to post the post shoot pictures!

For someone which I am guessing is the first time doing some kind of modelling seems to be really open with ideas and daring to pose in public areas. Kudos to her effort and attitude! The most important thing is we had fun and Im glad that she liked the pictures! :)

We got yelled at by the cleaner (i think) and the security guard when we climbed over the barricade to take the pic. I was glad that we managed to sneak in a good shot and it turned out to be one of my fav shots ever taken.

Can't wait for more shoots! Have to persevere and keep practicing and editing to improve! Go go go!

Having to maintain poker face while reading the last few chapters of Gashbell on e bus to work is not a good idea at all. All i want to do is burst into tears and hug Umagon. :(

Just when i thought i have gotten over the whole craze of the Celine bags, i think i have fallen in love with it again! I really love how the bag at the side flaps out in a really casual i dont give a damn way. Am i making any sense?

Looking at these lovely bags (with crazy price tags attached) reminds me of those crazy diet tips where people will just look at the food and not eat them and feel satiated. It is so damn difficult to not get sucked into this superficial world of skinny chic ppl toting expensive luxurious bags. Looks like i really don't have a choice but to continue to slug it out at my job and maybe one of them will also be mine one day.

My camera is still gathering dust but I am trying to get a few mini photo project going in the month of March *keeps fingers crossed*

- Finally did eyebrow embroidery at a relatively cheap price. Was researching around and was appalled by the prices ($400-$800.. ridiculous!). I have a high threshold for pain and when the beautician was doing her thing on my brows, i was like WTFIWANTTODIE. I couldn't sleep on the night I did it, not sure if it was due to the numbing cream. So I now have crazy dark and thick eyebrows *fist pump*

- New eyeliner from Korea by sis! Can't wait to try it out

- Bought lots of stuff from online website :) :) :)

- Dinner this Sunday to celebrate the grandma's chinese bdae. Expecting lots of good food. Hoping to take some nice food porn.

- EXTREMELY DISTURBING DREAMS for the past 2 days. GRAH.

March will be awesome. i think.
